Less of what isn't yours. More of you.
A transformational programme · 6 weeks

You built the life you were supposed to want.
So why doesn't it feel like yours?

For people who are used to carrying responsibility and are now at a turning point — after a pause, during a career or life transition, or when a life that works on paper stops feeling right from the inside.

This cohort: 28 September — 16 November 2026 · six sessions of two hours · a small group
Six weeks of programme, spread across eight — there's a two-week pause in October.
New cohorts start roughly every six weeks.

This isn't a course you have to keep up with. It's six weeks of looking at your own life with someone who won't tell you what to do with it.

Where this usually starts

You already know what to do. That's the strange part.

You've read the books. You've made the plans. At work you solve harder problems than this every week.

And in your own life something quietly doesn't move. The important thing keeps sliding to next month — and there's always a reason, and the reason is always real. From the outside everything works. From the inside you're tired in a way that doesn't show.

It isn't discipline. People who lack discipline don't get this far. It's that the way of living that carried you here has stopped fitting — and nobody hands you a moment to notice that.

Left unchanged, it doesn't explode. It erodes.
A quick check

Where are you right now?

Eight statements. Tick the ones that are true this month — not in general, this month.

Whatever number you got — it isn't a verdict. It's just the first honest look. That's also how the first session starts.

Or start with the free Clarity Check

See where your energy is going, how much influence you feel you have right now, and what may be keeping you stuck. Especially useful if you're coming back after parental leave, a career break, a relocation, health, or a stretch of caring for someone else. Five minutes, and you have your own starting point.

What this actually is

A transformational programme — and a very practical one.

Three questions run underneath all six weeks. They sound simple. Most of us have never been given the time to answer them honestly.

01

What do I actually want?

Not what you're supposed to want at this point in your life. Not the goal you inherited from a job, a family, a version of yourself from ten years ago.

02

Are the goals I'm chasing mine?

Some of them are, and you'll push harder for them once you know. Some of them aren't, and putting those down frees up more energy than any productivity system.

03

Where is my ground?

The support and the answers you're looking for outside are already in you. Everything we do is built to make you hear them — not to install new ones.

It comes down to something quite simple: remembering yourself, recognising your own strength, and re-reading your experience — so that life gets more balanced, and so that the areas that matter to you most right now finally start giving back something worth the effort.

How we get there

You don't have to take your life apart to find yourself.

There's a quiet belief that real change demands something dramatic. Years of digging through the past. A retreat somewhere far away. Leaving everything and starting over. Sometimes life genuinely asks for that. Far more often it doesn't — and waiting for the dramatic version is what keeps the ordinary one from happening.

We work with what you already have. Over years in companies, or building your own thing, you have gathered a serious set of skills: reading a situation, setting priorities, deciding without complete information, noticing what isn't working and adjusting it, keeping a team steady through change.

You use them every day. Almost nobody turns them towards their own life.

You're not starting from zero. You're turning what you already do well towards yourself.
The turn

Sometimes it isn't our weaknesses that overload us. It's our strengths.

Responsibility — and you carry more than is yours. High standards — and everything gets done at 120%. Care — and you're last on your own list. Self-sufficiency — and asking for help somehow isn't allowed.

What we don't touch

Your strength. It isn't going anywhere — it's what brought you here, and you'll need it for what comes next.

What we change

The old form it takes: switching on automatically, without measure, without a choice in the matter.

I'm not letting go of my strength.
I'm letting go of the form that no longer helps me.

Nobody here is going to remake you. Sometimes you don't need to change yourself — you need to start using what's already in you differently.

Not on your own

A group, and the reason that matters.

You could do all of this alone. It would be slower, and you'd miss the part that does most of the work.

Something happens when another person says out loud the thing you couldn't name. You listen to a story that isn't yours, and an answer to your own question arrives sideways — not from advice, from recognition. Half of what participants take away comes from a sentence someone else said about their own life.

And there's the plain, unromantic part: it's much harder to quietly drop something when other people are walking the same weeks beside you. Not pressure. Company.

Up to ten people. Small enough that nobody performs, big enough that you're never alone with it.
Let's be clear

This is not therapy. And it isn't trying to be.

We don't go into your childhood. We don't look for what's broken in you — because nothing is. We work with what's happening in your life right now: your week, your energy, your decisions, the way you carry things.

Therapy asks why am I like this. We ask what do I do with this, starting Monday. Both are useful. They're different work, and one doesn't replace the other.

And if something comes up that needs a different kind of support, I'll say so honestly rather than pretend a programme can hold it.

No diagnosis. No fixing. Six sessions, and your own life as the material.
Six weeks isn't a sprint. It's six steps, and each one gets to survive an ordinary week.
The map

Six sessions, six weeks of work

This cohort runs across eight calendar weeks, because of the pause in the middle. That pause is deliberate: the new thing has to survive an ordinary week, not just a call.

WEEK 1 · 28 SEP

Where am I now?

An honest look at where your energy actually goes, and what state you make your decisions from.

WEEK 2 · 5 OCT

Why do I get stuck?

Your real week: which hours get your best self, and what quietly eats them.

WEEK 3 · 12 OCT

What do I really want?

Sorting the goals that are yours from the ones you're carrying for someone else.

19 and 26 October — a pause.

Two weeks without sessions. You try things, you live, you notice. Then we come back to what actually happened, not what was supposed to.

WEEK 4 · 2 NOV

Who is running my life?

Your strengths, your ground, and the places you hand the wheel to someone else.

WEEK 5 · 9 NOV

How does this work in real life?

Small steps that survive a bad week — because the big ones need willpower you won't always have.

WEEK 6 · 16 NOV

Integration

What stays with you, in your words, and how you keep it going without me.

What actually happens

How one week looks from the inside

The session — two hours

A small group on Zoom. Practice in silence, then talking it through on your own situations, not case studies from a textbook.

Your own space

The practices are interactive and they stay with you. Your answers are saved, you can come back a month later and see what shifted. Nobody sees them — including me.

One experiment a week

Not ten new habits. One small change, and honest attention to what happens next.

Two minutes a day

One question to yourself in the evening: what actually mattered today, and where did my energy go. That's all.

Not testimonials for the camera. Messages in the chat.

Their words, not my promises.

On the first day I had interest — and doubts. Doubts that anything could change without a major upheaval: there are circumstances, they run the show, and I adjust as best I can.

The main thing that happened is a sense of authorship over my life. Right now I'm travelling with my family, and there's plenty to worry about. And I notice how much more calmly I take it all.

AAnna
Consultant · came back after a family break

For years I worked nine to six, and until midday I was completely ineffective. So I stayed late, worked overtime again and again — and eventually burned out badly.

I finally admitted it and moved everything that doesn't need focus into the first half of the day. Not "like everyone else", and not the way it was supposed to be in my head.

Department head in an international company

I sat down to write my programme — walked around, put it off, had a little cry about how unhappy I was. Then I dusted only the corner where I was going to work. Ten minutes writing down everything that was bothering me: first came self-pity, then anger rose. And anger is energy.

The circumstances around me still haven't changed. But I'm moving, and I'm doing what I hadn't done for a very long time.

Who I am

Diana Abdrakhmanova

Diana Abdrakhmanova

For twenty years I've worked with people, leaders and teams in international companies: HR, development, transformation, career and life transitions. More than five thousand people have come through my programmes, training and one-to-one work.

What I do is help people hear themselves again, see what is running them, and rebuild their life so it supports the stage they're actually in.

Life Agile came out of something I watched for years inside companies: people who run projects and teams brilliantly get lost when the project is their own life. They already have the tools. Nobody ever showed them those tools can be turned around and pointed at themselves.

Format

How it works, and what it costs

Six sessions of two hours, Mondays at 18:00 CET. This cohort spreads them across eight calendar weeks, because of the October pause. A group of up to ten people. Everything stays with you: recordings, materials, and your own practice space.

There are two ways to take part.

Group — €700

The six sessions, all the practices, my feedback on your work, the group chat. Everything the programme is, done together with the others.

Group plus personal work — €1,200

The same programme, taken deeper and closer to your own situation. You get your CliftonStrengths assessment with a personal debrief — so the work with strengths stops being general and becomes specifically yours. And four one-to-one sessions with me after the programme, to adapt the tools to what's actually going on in your life right now.

Cohorts start roughly every six weeks, so if this one doesn't fit your calendar, write and I'll tell you when the next one opens. And if the timing or the format doesn't quite fit — say so anyway. We'll look at it together, rather than you deciding on your own that it isn't for you.

Let's talk first — 20 minutes

No script, no persuading. You tell me what's going on, and I'll tell you honestly whether this programme is the right thing for it — including if it isn't.

Before you decide

Questions people actually ask me

Is this for me?

If your life works from the outside and you're running on empty inside — yes. Most people who come are not in crisis. They're competent, responsible and quietly tired. You don't need to arrive with a clear request: "something is off and I can't name it" is a perfectly good starting point.

I don't have time for another course.

Two hours a week, six times. Between sessions — one experiment, and about two minutes a day. No homework pile. And if a week goes badly, the programme is built to survive that; that's rather the point.

What if I miss a session?

Recordings and materials stay with you, and your practices stay in your own space, so you can catch up in your own time. Come to the next one without apologising.

Do I have to talk about personal things in front of the group?

You share only what you decide to say out loud. Your practice answers are yours alone — nobody sees them, including me. The group is small on purpose: no performing, no going round the circle with confessions.

How is this different from things I've already tried?

Most programmes start with actions: a new plan, a new app, a new routine from Monday. We start a step earlier — with state. What you're able to do depends on where you're doing it from. That's why the plans didn't stick, and it wasn't a discipline problem.

Group, or with individual work?

Group is enough for most people. Add the individual work if you want your strengths mapped properly and four one-to-one sessions afterwards. Not sure — start with the group; you can always add the personal work later.

Still not sure? Write to me. I'd rather tell you honestly that this isn't your moment than sell you a seat.

One last thing

Six weeks won't rebuild your life.

They can change where you're standing when you look at it — and that turns out to change almost everything else.

You don't have to arrive ready, or clear, or with a plan. You only have to be willing to look honestly, in decent company, for two hours a week.
